Does CBTT Rentals also run guided tours?

No — CBTT is a motorcycle rental, workshop and storage business only. Guided motorcycle tours in Northern Thailand and Laos are run by our sister company, Nomad Bike Tours (nomadbiketours.com).

What deposit does CBTT require for a rental?

A deposit of cash or your passport — your choice. Cash deposits are accepted in Thai Baht, US Dollars, Australian Dollars or Euros.

What are CBTT's opening hours and location?

CBTT is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 25 Thipanet Rd, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

What is CBTT's booking cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 60 days before your pick-up date and your booking deposit is refunded in full, less any Stripe processing fees.

Do I get a refund if I return a CBTT rental early?

CBTT does not offer a refund for early returns of a bike or equipment rental.

What does CBTT charge for a late return?

More than 1 hour late: ฿100 per hour, up to 4 hours. More than 4 hours late: a full rental day is charged.
